RATES AND CONDITIONS
Applying the following advice will ensure that you will receive a high quality translation while minimising the possibility of problems...
Allow sufficient time for the translation: Urgency should be reserved only for exceptional situations.
A high quality translation requires time to perform technical and lexical searches, as well as to exchange information.
Communicate any similar documents at your disposal: previous translations, descriptions, templates, glossaries, brochures, etc. The translation process will be even faster, reliable and coherent!
Oz Traduction is not responsible for inadequacies in the translation that are demonstrably due to reference texts crucial to the desired outcome being withheld.
Finally, explain in advance the use of the document to be translated:
Will it only be used internally, for reference, and only has to be understood by your coworkers/partners, or will it be published and convey the brand image of your company?
Does the content of the text have to be accurately translated, or can it be adapted for a better marketing efficiency in the targeted country?
Quote calculation method
The total amount of the quote is used as a base for the invoice (word count x wort rate). The base for the invoice follows an objective calculation method, both simple and reliable: the word count is realised by computer.
The word rate depends on several criteria such as the type of document, the field and technicality of the text, the word count, the urgency, the obligation to work during the weekend, etc.
Your translation will be delivered for free by email. Postage fees will be applied if the translation has to be sent by mail.
The invoice will be submitted once the translation has been completed.
Terms of payment
You shall proceed to the payment no later than 30 days after the invoicing date, either by bank transfer or Paypal.
Oz Traduction is bound by the AUSIT and SFT Codes of Ethics, hence commit itself to keep confidenfial any document with which it has been entrusted.
Any translation which has not been objected to 10 working days after it has been received shall be deemed accepted by the client, hence shall be entirely paid by the due date.
In case of a valid complaint, Oz Traduction will improve or replace the delivered translation within an agreed deadline. If Oz Traduction can reasonably not make the required improvements, a discount will be granted.
If changes are made to the translated text after delivery without Oz Traduction’s knowledge and agreement, Oz Traduction is no longer responsible for the translated text.
